Two White Papers address content management issues
The first, Web ROI: Web Site Investment Assessment for Small Businesses, presents a method for determining the value of a present website, and possible returns on investment in improvements, particularly investment in a means to manage site content through a web browser. This includes a calculator to find the numbers. Unique to the calculation is a factor we call the Freshness Factor, a way to quantify the value of up-to-date content on an organization's website.
