Reducing our carbon footprint and then some

In the interest of more green functioning, more efficient use of our resources, and improved employee lifestyle, Autograff's evolution has moved us to the next level of business function. We are now a network of home offices, connected with virtual private networks and VOIP telephones. We have cut 50 miles a day from commutes, reduced telephone costs while expanding capabilities, and added the peace of home to our working lives.

Autograff's involvement in our local community is not changed! We are still active members of community organizations, and meet with our local clients at their convenience.

Our office was getting cramped, it was difficult to heat and cool. While its location was excellent, and we enjoyed being close to the action in the bustling village of Blue Hill, Maine, we decided to trade it for the serene atmosphere of our homes in next-door Brooksville, the home town of the principal partners.

Since we have major clients in other parts of the country whom we only know by telephone and email, we realized telecommuting would be a perfect solution to the current office. Green, lean, and clean, and we'll never miss calls!
