Weaving a Life

This is a 144-page full color book, with color on every page throughout. Autograff's role was in book design, photography and editing. Autograff created the final files for the printer, and saw the book through production and delivery to the client. View inside the book >>

The graphics and copy are designed for the particular demographics of Weaving Circle Leaders. It is a heart-based, spiritual approach to weaving. The campaign is very successful, with the number of certified leaders and students growing consistently. Since distance learning makes it possible for Weaving a Life to have students from three countries on two continents, they plan to translate their materials into other languages besides English.
Postcard
A promotional postcard for one of Weaving a Life's products, the GardenLoom. The GardenLoom is made of cedar and pegged together like a traditional post and beam house. Using garden twine for the vertical "warp" yarn, owners of the loom weave in different materials for different seasons, including bird nesting materials in spring, climbing flowers in summer, sunflowers in fall for the birds, and birdfood plants in winter.
Poster
A poster to sell online and to use as a promotional giveaway. It uses photographs taken by Autograff's Richard Merrill and by Lisa Ferrel.
Product Packaging
An example of innovative use of resources to produce beautiful AND economical product package labeling. Printing postcards was less expensive than a custom print job on heavy stock, trimmed to size. Autograff specified the product labels to be printed as postcards, creating glossy, beautiful labels incorporating graphics, product information, and bar codes.
