Pond House Trail: environmentally-sound construction, economical and beautiful design, all in the wooded seclusion of East Blue Hill, Maine. The brochure is a four-panel design to provide a bigger visual effect and to encompass the variety of information the client wanted to convey about this unique development.
Making use of on-site photography, aerial photography, sketches from the architect's notebooks, working plans and architectural renderings, the challenge was to use the wide variety of elements to capture the "gestalt" of the site.
Examples of the use of aerial photography in the brochure to capture a sense of place and to convey the flavor of "innovation within a strong tradition."
