Backups
Autograff's server is backed up each night, providing every client with the possibility of backup in case files on your site are corrupted or deleted by accident. Important: backups are not saved from day to day; they are only available for 24 hours. Your control panel allows you to do your own backups. For weekly backups by Autograff, archived off-site, subscribe to Managed Hosting services.
Spam control
Autograff blocks spam from reaching your mailbox if it comes from a known spam source in two autoritative databases of spammers. We also provide SpamAssassin for each email account. This allows you to tag spam and create rules in your email program to save it to a spam folder or delete it.
Control Panel
All hosting accounts get a full-featured control panel that lets you manage your email accounts, forwarders, vacation or out of office messages, and spam filters. We support POP3 accounts (Outlook) as well as IMAP (webmail). You can get statistics about visitors to your site, do your own backups of your hosting account, and check your email on the web, even if you can't use Outlook away from home.
