Access Your Email on the Web
If your website is hosted at Autograff, and you have an email address that includes your domain name (someone@yoursite.com) you can access your email on the web from anywhere.
- Visit your home page
- After the .com part of your domain name, enter /webmail
- Enter your email username and password.
You can read your email using Horde or Round Cube. Both are good, but Round Cube looks more like you will expect email to look like.
If you don't know your email password, you can ask us to change or reset it. If you do, you'll need to change it in your email program such as Outlook. Ask Autograff to reset your password >>
For your convenience, at the bottom of every Autograff page is a link for webmail. Click this and enter your email address and email password.
Access Your Control Panel
How to access your web control panel:
- Visit your website's home page
- After the .com part of the address, type /cpanel
- The address will look like http://www.yoursite.com/cpanel
- Log in with your account username and password (this is different from email passwords).
The Web Control Panel has many tools, most of which you do not need to use. The one you WILL want to use is Email. In some versions, Email is a single Icon. In others, there is an Email address icon and a Forwarders icon.
If you want to add or edit an email address such as info@yourdomain.com, useEmail.
If you want to forward an email address such as info@yourdomain.com to another email address such as you@hotmail.com, use Forwarders.
Set up email account in Outlook or Outlook Express
Following are links to instructions for setting up your account in Outlook Express or Outlook. They contain generic information about incoming and outgoing server information. Follow the instructions, substituting this information:
Your Account Username is your full email address.
The incoming server is mail.yourdomain.com or mail.yourdomain.org.
The outgoing server depends on your internet service provider (ISP).
