Digital photos right from your camera are TOO BIG!
Large photos take a long time to load on the page, even with high-speed connections
Large photos on a page can use up all the memory the web server has for displaying pages, resulting in a blank screen.
We have found an excellent online photo resizing tool:
How to use the Resize Photo tool:
1. Click Browse... to find the picture on your computer
2. Click "Custom" and enter the desired width of your photo
in "Select New Maximum Image dimension"
3. Click "Resize"
4. Click the download link just above the resized picture.
